Complaint Procedure 

Complaint Procedure for iRock Appraisal Management, LLC

iRock Appraisal Management, LLC is committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding our services, appraisers, or any aspect of our operations:

  • Initial Contact: Please email complaints@irockamc.com or call (248) 555-1234 (toll-free: 1-800-555-5678) with details, including the appraisal report number, date, and nature of the issue. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10-15 business days.
  • Escalation: If unresolved, escalate to our Chief Compliance Officer, Adam Ball, at adam.ball@irockamc.com.
  • Regulatory Escalation: Unresolved issues may be reported to state regulators (e.g., Michigan LARA at BPLHelp@michigan.gov) or the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) at webmaster@asc.gov. For other states, refer to the relevant appraiser board via asc.gov.

We maintain records of complaints for 5 years as required by law and do not retaliate against complainants.
